Is there a charge for the OneCard?
Any 'first time' student is not charged for their initial card. However, some card privileges may have additional cost.
What is the largest file Size I can upload?
12MB.
What photo file types do you accept?
JPEG, Gif, and Tiff. JPEG is recommended.
What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the requirements specified by OneCard?
You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re‐upload another picture or visit the OneCard office to have your OneCard manually produced.
How do I get a replacement card?
Please visit OneCard Office.
Replacement card fee is $20
